Calling all crafters! This month we kick off our annual cottage industry fundraising with proceeds to Thousand Cranes Foundation, benefitting Open Door Foundation in Bucharest, Romania. Raises funds from now to October.

April
Focus will be on fundraiser for the upcoming work project in Romania targeted for July 2025. We are looking for sponsors to help raise funds for the survivors and their children to participate in team building with the staff. Estimated cost is $500 per person.

Travel to Romania - May 17 - 31
Thousand Cranes will be traveling to Bucharest to visit the shelter, work on projects
June
10% Challenge and T-Shirt. Donors who increase their monthly giving by 10%, or new one-time donors who give $25 or more will receive our Thousand Cranes T-shirt.
July
Restaurant Fundraiser Blast. This month we are looking for volunteers to host a restaurant fundraiser. We need volunteers in their city to select a participating restaurant, advertise on social media and word of mouth to get as many people to purchase their food on that date and designate their donation to Thousand Cranes Foundation. The donations will help support Open Door Foundation in Bucharest, Romania.
